Until 2006 Kathrin worked internationally for the lifestyle industry. After 10 years of industry experience, she switched to self-employment as a personnel consultant.

Since 2009 she has been working as a coach and management consultant in Hamburg.

Kathrin accompanies people in the process of getting to know their entanglements in order to be able to use their potential better and more specifically. In supervision, she offers work-related reflection on professional activities or voluntary work.
