Chris Maurer

I am a passionate marketer, consultant, trainer and coach for companies, teams and individuals. Thanks to my many years of professional experience in global corporations, I have been able to acquire extensive knowledge in the areas of marketing, corporate and personnel management, personality and career development. As a graduate economist, I always keep an eye on business success.

Thanks to my training as a certified systemic coach, the focus is always on people.

My tasks as a manager and member of various international teams have resulted in a diplomatic leader personality with a high degree of understanding for a wide variety of characters, motivations and cultures.

Frequent changes in markets, products and organizations, as well as the necessary adjustments to processes, structures and strategies, form a practice-oriented wealth of experience in the area of change management.

I am a creative thinker who, in addition to an analytical approach, places a strong focus on solution-oriented approaches. The optimization of teams and processes run like a red thread through my career.
