My self-conception

It's time to give something back.

As a child of the 1970s, my educational background and the socio-political environment were geared towards progress and success - "business before pleasure...".



For many years I have eagerly climbed the job ladder and have worked, learned and experienced a lot. This rapid development was not always easy, but I look back on an exciting path in which I got to know many people, companies and processes - I learned a lot from each of them.

During the past years of my executive career in particular, my large, decentralized teams have benefited a lot from my knowledge and experience. We were very successful and I was able to pass on a lot of what I had learned.



My strength is to grasp complex topics quickly and to present them easily. I help people to lose their fear of contact, to understand the matter in order to be able to face their challenges better and to solve them.
